How Delivery Works
- All hampers are packed and shipped from our Kensington, VIC warehouse on business days only.
- Orders placed by 1 pm AEST are generally dispatched the same business day.
- There are no dispatches or deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
- Deliveries typically occur between 8:30 am and 6–7 pm depending on address type; exact times cannot be requested.
- Delivery is handled by trusted couriers like Australia Post, StarTrack, and Xpress, and tracking is provided once your order ships.

Free Standard Delivery
Available Australia-wide for most non-urgent orders when ordered in advance. Dispatched within normal courier schedules to arrive close to your requested date (time frames as per delivery table).
Express Delivery
From $12.95 - $15.95 depending on destination. Perfect when free shipping won’t meet your desired delivery date for special occasions. Express delivery ensures your hamper arrives on time when you need it most. Orders placed by 1 pm AEST are dispatched the same day; arrival depends on courier and destination.
Click & Collect
Free pickup from our Kensington warehouse during 9:00 am – 4:30 pm, Monday–Friday (no weekends or public holidays).
Special Delivery Situations
Hospitals and newborns
Deliveries usually go to reception or loading docks. We recommend sending gifts for newborns to home addresses.
Christmas and peak seasons
Delivery times may be longer due to courier volume. Orders placed after 19th December cannot be guaranteed for Christmas delivery.
Perishable hampers & fruit/grazing boxes
Available to select Melbourne Metro areas only due to freshness requirements and border restrictions.
If Recipient Is Not Home / Incorrect Address
- Couriers may leave your hamper at the door if it is safe and authorized, otherwise a card is left for redelivery or collection.
- Please provide a correct address and mobile number to ensure smooth delivery.
- Fees may apply if parcels are returned due to incorrect details and need to be resent.
Responsibility and Limitations
- We partner with reputable courier services but cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to factors beyond our control such as weather and courier delays.
- We track all shipments and assist with delivery issues but are not responsible for theft from doorsteps or unclaimed packages.
- Refunds will not be issued if delivery instructions are not followed or the wrong delivery option is selected.
