We are back ! Hope all of you had a great Christmas and New Year break and ready for another year, hopefully we are in for a big one!
Well last Christmas ran very smoothly at our end, we shipped out all the gift basket orders we received up to 10am on the 23rd December, which I thought was fantastic, what was not fantastic was the courier companies ... These companies need to lift their game, seems they were not ready for a busy Christmas and all of them struggled to deliver parcels. I have spoken to many online retail businesses and they all had the same experience. Over the Christmas break I was on the phone to their customer service agents for hours and hours, waiting in a queue so I can ask them politely to deliver the parcels, even my 14 year old son was amazed at how long I was on hold for! Looks like we will be looking for new courier companies this year... any suggestions?
Our design team are now in the process of designing and photographing gift baskets for Valentine's Day and Easter, they will be on our site very soon. Valentine's Day is on Friday the 14th February, and you boys better remember! I know that word "Romantic" can be difficult to say, but we make it easy to deliver beautiful gift baskets and chocolate bouquet arrangements at the last minute, however, don't leave it too "last minute!"
