Cancellation Policy
A.   If you have placed your order online and decide that you do not wish to proceed with the delivery of your gift, The Complete Basketcase will refund you fully within 5 business days ONLY if your gift has not been sent to production or shipped from our warehouses.
B.   If your order has been made by our production team but not shipped, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee to cover any costs for our team to make your gift, print gift cards, administration, credit card fees, and packing for shipping of the order. We will refund your order transaction less $20
C.   If your order has already left our premises and is on-board for delivery, we will NOT be able to cancel your gift delivery.

Returns and Refunds Policy
1.   In the case of ‘Same day’ deliveries, if the recipient is not available to accept the delivery, the Gift Basket/hamper will be then be returned to us. One of our customer representatives will then contact you to arrange a date for redelivery and a redelivery fee of $20 will apply. Please be aware that fresh fruit hampers may not be suitable for redelivery, an additional fee to replace the fruit will be charged in this instance.

2.   The Complete Basketcase guarantee our products are of the highest quality to ensure customer satisfaction. If you receive a gift that has been damaged, faulty or the item is incorrect please contact our customer service team within 14 business days on 1300 733 933 and we will arrange for replacement goods to be sent out immediately.
3.   If a customer has received a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, we allow the choice of a refund or a replacement, dependant on the circumstances.

 

Shipping Damage Refund Policy
The Complete Basketcase take the utmost care to ensure your package is received in perfect condition and is exactly what you ordered.
In the rare situation a Gift Basket has been damaged in transit The Complete Basketcase will gladly replace the product in a prompt manner at no extra cost to the purchaser.
In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your purchase from The Complete Basketcase all we ask is the parcel is returned in the same condition it was received and a full refund of the Gift Basket will be processed.

 

Returns & Exchange Procedure:
In the circumstance that you need to return or exchange an item please email info@thebasketcase.com.au or call 1300 733 933 to discuss the issue and to help you with the process.
Returns and refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receipt of goods at our warehouse. Payment will be credited back to the original credit card or PayPal account used to purchase the order. Please note, if you have paid with Afterpay, we will refund you minus the Afterpay fee of 6.5%, this is not refundable.
If The Complete Basketcase deems the product to be damaged, faulty or is incorrect we will cover the cost of pick up. We will email you a returns consignment label for you to attach to the box and then organize a pick up time.
If the reason for returning the Gift basket/hamper is due to change of mind, the product is no longer relevant or there is insufficient evidence suggesting The Complete Basketcase is at fault, the customer is responsible for organising delivery back to our warehouse and all costs involved. We are unable to accept returns on gifts containing fresh fruit in this instance.
