Trading Hours: Whilst we are an online store, please note that we have regular office hours 9:00am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday. This means that orders placed on our online store will be received and handled by our office staff during those hours. Please ensure that you include a contact number during those hours just in case we need to contact you regarding your gift delivery.

All orders placed by 2.00pm AEST will be shipped that day(*). Depending on delivery destination some orders will arrive the same day, if you are unsure of the delivery timeframes for the area you have chosen to deliver to, please contact our customer service team on 1300733933 or via the online chat during our office hours.

* Special instructions are welcome and specific dates that you would like your gift to be delivered can be accommodated within courier guidelines and delivery outside of weekends.
* Please note orders placed online during Saturday, Sunday or public holidays will be shipped the next business working day. For e.g. If you place your order for delivery to Brisbane on Friday at 4.00pm, your order will be dispatched on Monday for delivery Tuesday (Brisbane metro)
Courier companies have their own guidelines and parameters and we must abide by the information they give us. Occasionally a destination may not be within the courier's delivery zone or could be a different price than normal. This usually applies to country areas, and you will be notified if there is additional cost.
NB: we cannot guarantee delivery times on the day of delivery
Payment terms: All orders are to be paid with either credit card Visa/Mastercard or American Express and Diners Card or direct deposit into our bank account. If you are paying us via direct deposit your gift will be sent once the funds have cleared in our bank account. NB: if you chose to pay by American Express or Diners there will be a fee of 3.5% added to your order cost.
Incorrect Information: Please check carefully the order information you enter on the order form. Incorrect information can lead to your order being delayed or if your gift is returned and needs to be re-directed or re-delivered, you will incur additional delivery fees. If you have given the incorrect information and you have asked our team to leave at the door, we will not be able to recover the item and a new order will need to be placed incurring full replacement costs.
A note for our customers ordering from overseas: Australia is a very large country. If you're not sure how long a gift will take or which category it falls into for delivery please contact our customer service: email@example.com to give you assistance.
Christmas is a very busy period. The normal time frames do NOT apply. Please allow 3-4 days for shipping of orders placed on the site. You must then allow delivery times on top of this. Please see our Delivery Terms below.
Our team is handling 10 times the amount of gifts so you're early ordering and patience is greatly appreciated, as we are working around the clock.

There is no Saturday, Sunday/or Public Holiday delivery anywhere in Australia.
All items advertised on The Complete Basketcase Group websites are in stock unless otherwise stated. This option is taken to keep the despatch and delivery within the due time to recipients.
Fruit Gifts: Fruit is purchased fresh each day and gifts are made to order. Fruit choices are made by the discretion of the team and take into consideration season, quality of fruit etc and therefore fruit selections can change on a daily basis. If you require specific fruit, please contact our customer service team.
UK/Europe Gifts: Our partner in the UK is a very large and reputable company that has been operating for over 25 years, they will ship out your gift normally the same day they receive the order (*), the delivery terms for all shipping in the UK & Northern Ireland is overnight, for all orders to Ireland and Europe it is a 2-4 day delivery with a courier, courier costs vary depending on weight and size of the gift, the costs for delivery are stated below the image of the gift you are interested in sending on our website. Important information to note, if your delivery information is incorrect and the gift is returned to our partner, you will be charged another 50% of the cost of the gift, plus another delivery charge, this is due to our partner in the UK checking the items of the gift to ensure no damage and repacking it.
Bulk Orders: This facility is available to customers who have more than 3 orders to be delivered to various addresses, it is a spreadsheet that you download, fill in and send to firstname.lastname@example.org for us to process for you quickly and without fuss. Payment terms on this facility are either credit card or direct deposit, all orders paid with American Express or Diners card will attract a 3.5% fee.
Quality and Availability
The Complete Basketcase Group only use quality products, we also reserve the right to substitute products that may be unavailable or out of stock, but guarantees the replacement item will be to equal or greater value than the original item.
The Complete Basketcase Group is not responsible for the gift delivery. TCB uses reputable contract couriers, Couriers Please, Toll Ipec, Xpress and Australia Post. Whilst every care is taken to ensure accurate and safe delivery, we cannot guarantee unforeseen circumstances, such as theft or damage or a parcel not arriving at a certain time or place.
Once you have placed your order online and you have decided that you do not wish to go through with the delivery of your gift, The Complete Basketcase reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee to cover any costs for administration and credit card fees. We will refund the full amount of the transaction less $25. If your gift order has been processed twice through a technology hitch, or from multiple submissions we will refund the duplicate order (s) immediately. Applications for refunds outside our above terms will be assessed by our financial controller and may take up to 21 working days to process. The Complete Basketcase does not accept responsibility for a gift once it has left our premises, however, if a gift arrives excessively damaged or a product is faulty, The Complete Basketcase will assess the situation for replacement based on a case by case situation.
Liquor must be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The licensee will ensure delivery arrangements are made, including requiring evidence of age where appropriate.
