Q: What is a Talking Message Service (TMS)?
A: A TMS is a 'talking gift card' - a neat little gadget that stores a message that the sender of a gift personally records. The recipient simply pushes a button to hear your/the sender's voice. This is not the voice of an automated computer; it is a personal message that has meaning to your recipient.
Q: How do I order a TMS with my online gift order?
A: If you have elected to use our TMS service you will receive a phone number with on your email receipt. If you call the number and follow the prompts using your order or receipt number as your identification number you will have up to 60 seconds to record your personal message. It's as simple as that. Then leave the rest to us.
Q: How do I order a TMS with my bulk/corporate gift order?
A: If you wish to add a TMS to a bulk or corporate order, please telephone our customer service team on

Q: What if I do not receive a confirmation email?
A: Some ISPs may block an order confirmation email mistaking it for SPAM. If you do not receive your confirmation email within 15 minutes, please telephone our customer service team on 1300 733 933.
Q: How long can my message be?
A: You can record up to 60 seconds. If you feel a little shy try writing down what you would like to record first.
Q: Can I change my message?
A: Yes - you may have up to 3 attempts within the same telephone call - if you make a mistake simply follow the instructions on the telephone and record your message again. You are unable to change your message once you have instructed the service to accept it.
Q: How long does the message last?
A: The TMS can play back the message up to 500 times.
Q: How much will it cost?
$14.95 including GST.
Q: Where will the recipient find the TMS?
A: We will record your message on the TMS and include this attached to your gift. When the recipient opens the gift, they will find the TMS with instructions to press the button.
Q: Can I still include a written gift message?
A: Of course - if you enter a gift message at checkout, a printed message card will be included with your gift. The TMS can be an additional or alternative form of message for you to further personalise your gift.
Q: Can I order a TMS if I order my hamper over the telephone?
A: Yes you can. You will need to wait until you receive confirmation of your order with your receipt number and contact phone number. Then call the phone number and follow the prompts.
Q: How big is the TMS?
A: 85mm long x 45mm wide x 5mm high - the height and width of a credit card and the thickness of about three cards.
Q: Can I cancel my TMS order after it has been recorded?
A: Unfortunately once you have recorded your message on the telephone we are unable to offer a refund. If you cancel your hamper and TMS order before the dispatch date then you will receive a full refund for the hamper, but not for the TMS. Please advise us that you have ordered a TMS when you cancel your order.
Q: Are there any hampers into which I cannot include a TMS?
A: Yes, TMS cannot be included with flower orders for delivery outside of the Sydney and Melbourne metro areas, as well as any Babybuds online gifts.

Q: What are the safety implications of the audio tag if any?
A: The manufacturing of the audio tag is to Acceptable Quality Level Standard MIL STD 105E. The supplier of the tags use a 3rd party inspection company who are an independent auditor employed by the company to inspect every production batch at the company's sub-contract manufacturing facility in China, to a recognised inspection specification i.e. General Inspection Level 2. The product should not present a risk to the end user's safety, the safety process adopted regarding battery retention has been met and the product should be safe in the hands of a child.
