Tasting Notes:
Individual selection of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from two highly regarded vineyards in Langhorne Creek wthe chere used in this thirty third consecutive release of John's Blend Cabernet Sauvignon.
New French (50%) and American (50%) oak hogsheads were used for completion of primary fermentation and subsequent maturation for forty months prior to blending and bottling.
A full bodied dry red wine showing the chocolate and eucalypt flavours of which Langhorne Creek is renowned.
A rich flavoursome wine, with complex flavours resulting from extended oak maturation.
This limited annual release will certainly reward collectors and wine enthusiasts.
