I just wanted to take the time to write and say thank you to all staff involved with my gift basket order. I used the online live support for assistance in contacting the courier as Shannon my partner had a medical appointment and would not be home at the time of delivery. The person on the online support was great at arranging the driver to give the gift to our neighbour if he was not home. I wanted to say Thank you for that as I am in Sydney for family reasons and missed our anniversary and therefore really wanted to make sure Shannon got the gift on the day.
