- Cabernet Merlot - Dark crimson red with a scarlet hue. Aromas of blackcurrant and mulberry spice are complemented by hints of classic Margaret River dried herbs and bay leaf. A rich, supple red wine displaying flavours of cassis and mulberry fruit with an underlying sweet oak spice. The palate persists with its great length of fruit characters, generous and completely integrated, finishing beautifully rounded with fine, powdery tannins. Enjoy with lamb and kipflers. "Exquisite fragrances of chocolate and sweetly scented summer berries precede a palate of dark currants and purple cassis in a basket of tightly woven, pencilled oak.
- Semillon Sauvignon Blanc - Brilliant and bright, Secret Lane is pale straw in colour with green tinges. Highly aromatic, the nose displays the classic characteristics of cut grass, lime leaf and lemongrass. The palate bursts with crisp and lively flavours of granny smith apples, kiwifruit and lime zest. Refreshing acidity is complemented by fruit sweetness to provide a palate of good length. Enjoy with salt and pepper squid or your best cheese. "No small effort to inject such dazzling floral scents and fruity fragrances into what is essentially a semillon wine with a smatter of sauv/blanc. But this is paying dividends.
