Tasting Notes:
Brilliant and bright, Secret Lane is pale straw in colour with green tinges. Highly aromatic, the nose displays the classic characteristics of cut grass, lime leaf and lemongrass. The palate bursts with crisp and lively flavours of granny smith apples, kiwifruit and lime zest. Refreshing acidity is complemented by fruit sweetness to provide a palate of good length.
The classically dry, aromatic white from the Amberley Estate vineyards in Margaret River. Ripe, fully compatible parcels of Semillon/ Sauvignon Blanc grapes are selected and machine harvested in the cool of night to maximise fruit freshness. Gentle handling in the winery serves to retain the bright, vibrant fruit flavours of the vineyard.
