Welcome to our new bulk ordering feature. This feature is designed for when you have multiple deliveries to go to multiple addresses, such as Christmas time! You will most probably have a spreadsheet with your recipients address details which you will need to copy to our formatted excel sheet. This is easy and simple to do, just follow the steps below.
Below you will find step by step instructions on how to place a bulk order. Firstly, please run through the following important check list to ensure the best possible deliveries to your recipients.
- Check that your recipient addresses are accurate and current. (This is very important as returned parcels will incur a further delivery fee and possible gift replacement fee.)
- If you're placing a Xmas order, check that your recipient is not on holidays, or if a business recipient, that the business has not closed for the holiday period. (This often happens without notice so please enquire with the recipients prior to ordering to ensure a smooth delivery.)
Now that you have those things checked, let The Complete Basketcase team step you through this simple process;
Bulk Ordering: IMPORTANT - What You Need to Know
- You need to have registered with us online. If you haven't click here to register.
- Once you have an online account, Login.
- You will see a bulk order button at the top of your account information, click on this button. ( A history of any of your bulk orders will be stored and shown on this screen)
- Click "Add Bulk Order" button to add a new bulk order:
- Step 1 Confirm your Billing details.
- Step 2 Upload your bulk order. Important: You must use this excel file for the upload. Make sure you accurately fill out the spreadsheet (use the tips below) and save it as a CSV, not an XLS. If you get errors the sheet will not upload.
If your spreadsheet does not load, the most likely reasons for errors are:
* Product id does not match a valid product id
* The card message needs to be a sentence with no punctuation (Don't worry if your card needs punctuation, the TCB team will make sure the cards make sense and are punctuated at output)
* You have put an invalid piece of data eg letters in postcode field.
- Once the file is uploaded you will proceed through the order process the same way as if it was a single order.
We hope you enjoy the convenience of this new feature. Remember our team is here to assist you, so if you are unsure of any of the above details give our team a call to assist you on 1300 733 933. Or email info@thebasketcase.com.au and one of our team can walk you through it.
